House-Made Sushi Coming to Esposito Dining Center
We’re introducing housemade sushi to Esposito Dining Center (a.k.a. The Dish at J&H), available Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. Students can enjoy a rotating selection that includes fan‑favorites like California and shrimp tempura rolls, along with popular sides like seaweed salad – adding freshness, variety, and excitement to the all‑you‑care‑to‑eat experience.
Rolling Hills Coffee Co. Coffee & Cold Brew in Esposito Dining Center
Guests will be able to enjoy Rolling Hills Coffee Co., a student‑conceptualized craft coffee roaster known for high‑quality, responsibly sourced beans, at Esposito Dining Center (a.k.a. The Dish at J&H). The addition of fresh coffee and cold brew will enhance residential dining and support students’ daily routines from morning classes to late‑afternoon study sessions.
Purple Allergy Leader Program in Esposito Dining Center
Esposito Dining Center (a.k.a. The Dish at J&H) will launch the Purple Allergy Leader (PAL) Program. Easily identifiable by their purple uniforms, trained team members will support guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions by answering ingredient questions in real time – helping students dine with greater confidence and peace of mind.
The Art of Bread is Getting a Fresh New Look
The Art of Bread at Tyler School of Art will debut a bold brand refresh alongside expanded menu offerings, enhancing the guest experience for the University community.
Esposito Dining Center Expands Halal Dining Options
Esposito Dining Center (a.k.a. The Dish at J&H) will transition to halal-certified chicken as the default across all stations, incorporated into menu favorites and prepared using approved halal handling procedures, with eligible items identified by a logo on menu boards.
